Woorilla means; "place of peace" and has been operating as a place of peace for many years.

Built in the 1920s as a guest house, during the postwar years soldiers used the property to recuperate. Woorilla was, and still is, a place of inspiration - the famous Woorilla Writers Society met here, holding many workshops over the years.

Now under new management and extensively (and elegantly) refurbished, Woorilla is a family business. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a personal touch, where guests can experience the peace and tranquility of Woorilla for themselves, relaxing in one of our three secluded cottages.
